Flexible Weekend Pediatric Urology Coverage in Illinois
Weekend Pediatric Urology coverage in Illinois; located in Peoria with travel and lodging included.
Highlights
- Weekends only; ideal for supplemental income
- Ongoing need; dates still open into next quarter
- Serve an underserved patient population
- Full malpractice (with tail) and travel/lodging covered
Practice Setting
- Inpatient hospital setting with full support staff
- Collaboration with Pediatric Surgery as needed
- Low call volume; approx. 1 call per night
Schedule
- Friday through Sunday (occasionally extending through Monday morning)
- Approx. 9 days/month
- In-house call with 15-minute response time
- Optional weekday clinic coverage to support PTO
Cases and Procedures
- General inpatient pediatric urology
- Clinic sees 18-22 patients per day
- Case log submission required during credentialing
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Illinois license required
- ACLS and BLS required
Travel Accommodations
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice included
- Located in Peoria; easily accessible by regional airports
