PEDIATRIC URGENT CARE - NEW 14,000 SQFT CLINIC - HELP DESIGN PROGRAM - $450K POTENTIAL - 14-16 SHIFTS PER MONTH
PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed Group Structure
*Organization has 15 UC providers and is adding two Pediatric UC providers
*14-16 shifts per month
*Clinic is 8a-8p M-F, 8a-7p SAT, and Noon-6p SUN
*Modern New Clinic
*Work with nurses for speedy flow
*Full lab on-site / Cardio enzyme tests, etc.
*EPIC EMR
*Digital x-ray
*No call
*Can pick up extra shifts if desired
*Compensation = Competitive salary plus wRVU bonus range based on current providers (Expect to earn $400K to $450K per year)
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail coverage, health, CME, Sign-on, relocation ($15K), etc.
COMMUNITY
*Southeast | 1.5 Hours from Memphis, TN
*Live in a community of 50K- 100K
*Airport with direct flights to Dallas and Nashville
*Close proximity to two large cities in the southeast
*Can live on a beautiful lake
*Several NCAA Div 1 Universities not far from community
*Good schools and quality lifestyle options
*Warm weather and sunshine most of the year
*Lots of outdoor activity options
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
*BC/BE
*Can be Ped ER OR Ped CC OR Ped trained with 2+ years UC experience
*Does not qualify or J sponsorships
