A Pediatric Urgent Care only 45 minutes outside of Chicago is seeking to hire a full time or part time Pediatrician or Physician with pediatric urgent care experience.

Specialty: Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine (All accepted with Pediatric Urgent Care experience)
Compensation: $180,000 - $208,000 base salary + annual incentive bonus (Bonus is paid after 1 year. Can be up to $15,000 depending on productivity)
*Annual salary increases are considered for providers in December of each year. Eligible for increase after 1 year of employment.
Start date: ASAP
Schedule: Full time - 3 days per week or (36-40 hours) (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Part time - 2 days per week. Flexible schedule with 6, 8, or 12 hour shift options
Clinical Setting: Pediatric Urgent Care
Procedures Required: Evaluation and management of ill, injured and/or other health concerns of presenting children to Urgent Care clinic including with treatment of everyday illnesses, IV management for pneumonia, asthma, UTIs, colic, gastroenteritis, dehydration, cellulitis, abscesses, minor cuts, etc.
Support Staff: On-site MA, X-ray Tech, Front Desk Rep and Medical Director.
Average clinic PPD: 20-35
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks
Licensing Requirements: Illinois license preferred but not required. Illinois DEA and Controlled Substance Registration required.
Certifications required: Must be board-certified or board eligible by any one of the following: the American Board of Pediatrics, American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
