We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Surgeon with an active New York medical license for a phone coverage role supporting high-risk deliveries and neonatal cases.

- Role: Pediatric Surgery & Maternal-Fetal Medicine - Phone Coverage Only
- Location: Remote (Phone-based)
- Schedule: 24/7 on-call availability
- Volume: Average of 1 phone call per day
- High-Risk Deliveries: Approximately 1 in every 6 calls
- Response Time: Within 30 minutes
- Monthly Volume: ~7 NICU cases and ~20 phone calls
- Provide expert guidance via phone for pediatric surgical and high-risk obstetric cases
- Support care teams during neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) cases and high-risk deliveries
- Ensure timely responses to urgent consult requests
- Collaborate with local care providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery or Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Active New York medical license (IMLC welcomed)
- Ability to respond promptly and provide clear, concise recommendations over the phone
- Flexible, fully remote coverage opportunity
- Minimal daily volume, average 1 call/day
