A leading hospital system in El Paso, Texas is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Surgeon to grow and help shape a dedicated pediatric surgery program with strong institutional backing and established clinical support.
Position Outline:
• Broad bread-and-butter pediatric surgery with flexible clinic and OR scheduling.
• Multidisciplinary support from pediatric hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric anesthesiologists.
• Unlimited PTO after two years.
• Competitive base salary plus wRVU production.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
