A top health system in the Upper Midwest seeks a Pediatric Surgeon to join their expanding, collegial, and mission-driven team.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible schedule options - Including 3 weeks on 1 week off and full-time pay, 7 on 7 off, or part-time - also open to other options that offer an ideal work/life balance
- Help an area of need while designing this practice in your own vision
- Industry leading base salary
- $150,000 Sign-on bonus!
- Initial first year package of $900,000+ for full-time employment
- Annual retention bonus yearly of $15,000
- Support of 20 other Pediatric Specialists on staff
