· Start Date: Once credentialed

· Daily Shift Requirements: 24 hour call coverage

· Practice Setting: Hospital

· Daily Patient Volume: 8

· EMR: Meditech/Patient Keeper

Requirements:

· Current State Medical License - Kansas

· Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC or Board Eligible with experience

· DEA/CSR Requirements: Yes

· General Pediatric Neonatal Surgery certification
