An expanding Texas Children's Hospital system is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Surgeon to join its high-volume surgery service line servicing a catchment radius of 2 million. This is also a great opportunity for anyone looking to incorporate their own clinical interests into their scope of practice.
Opportunity:
• Join this strong pediatric surgical department with great colleagues, collaboration, and mentorship, where you can have unlimited referrals while making a large impact in this area
• Create your own flexible weekly schedule with the potential for 3 days in the OR, clinic days, a rotating call schedule, and administrative time
• $1,000,000+ in Total Earnings - $670,000 Base Salary with a lucrative RVU Productivity Model
• $25,000 Annual Quality Bonus
• Recruitment Package starting at $45,000 after taxes - can be used for Sign-on Bonus, Fellowship Stipend, etc.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including: 25 days of paid vacation, retirement plans, malpractice insurance coverage, and CME time off and allowance
