Schedule:
12 Hours Schedule for Clinic /Hospital
1 Day Schedule Clinic /Hospital
Night /Weekend Call
Days for Call - Sat & Sun
Call Start Time - 7:00 AM
Call End Time - 7:00 AM
Call will be for assigned, unassigned, or both assigned and unassigned patients
Call response time will be 15 min
Call Ratio – Call Back 100%
3 Average Phone consults while on call
Average 1 admissions while on call
Average 3 patients seen while on call
Age of patients under 18
Inpatient /Outpatient - inpatient
Type of Charting /EMR - EPIC
Board Certified required
Fellowship is required
Credentialing will Take 90 days
Temp Privileges Granted
135 Beds in the Department
Admissions Required
Average 2 Admissions per shift (when not on call)
Hospital is Stroke Certified
Rounding for unassigned patients
PA active state license required in order to be considered
ABLS,ACLS,ATLS,BLS,PALS Certification required
PEDs Level 1 facility
Trauma Level 1
