The role involves working within a trauma Level 1 pediatric center, offering varied day-to-day experiences focused on pediatric radiology. The schedule includes regular weekday hours with night and weekend call responsibilities, providing a dynamic workweek.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct and interpret fluoroscopy studies including but not limited to Barium Swallow, UGI, VCUG, and BE.
  • Perform procedures such as air reduction enema for intussusception and advancement of feeding tubes.
  • Provide contrast injection assessments for central line malfunctions.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Pediatric Radiology
  • Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology preferred
  • Compliance with trauma Level 1 and facility-specific protocols
  • Ability to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania

Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night and weekend on-call rotation required

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with pediatric patients and families
