- Other Details: We are seeking a double board-certified radiologist in Diagnostic Radiology and Pediatric Radiology with an unrestricted California medical license, DEA, BLS or ACLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience (3+ preferred) to provide on-site and on-call pediatric radiology coverage. Providers must have completed an accredited 3-year residency and a subspecialty fellowship in Pediatric Radiology, maintain a clean background with no malpractice claims or disciplinary actions, and be available to respond on-site within 30 minutes if needed. The role includes weekday day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with call coverage Monday through Thursday nights from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and weekend coverage from 8:00 p.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Monday. Responsibilities include reading all pediatric inpatient and ER studies, covering urgent fluoroscopic procedures, consulting with staff and techs, and maintaining oversight of inpatient films throughout the night. Weekend shifts involve a mix of plain films, ultrasound, CT, and MR studies, with occasional need to drive in for emergency procedures. The radiologist will work closely with hospital support staff, remain available for urgent consults, and ensure timely interpretation of studies while maintaining continuous responsibility for inpatient and emergent pediatric radiology needs.

Job Responsibilities
* Respond to urgent fluoroscopic procedures and emergency consults, reporting on-site within 30 minutes if required
* Provide coverage for weekday day shifts and night/weekend call, ensuring timely interpretation of studies
* Collaborate with techs, staff, and other physicians regarding imaging questions and consults
* Maintain oversight of inpatient films and follow up on any urgent or emergent cases
* Ensure all pediatric imaging studies are accurately reviewed and documented in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Completion of an accredited 3-year radiology residency and subspecialty fellowship in Pediatric Radiology
* Unrestricted California medical license
* DEA registration
* BLS or ACLS certification
* Minimum 1 year of pediatric radiology experience, 3+ preferred
* Clean background with no malpractice claims or disciplinary actions
Working Hours
* Weeknight call: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
* Weekend call: Friday 8:00 p.m.–Monday 7:00 a.m.
* On-site availability required; must be able to report within 30 minutes if working remote weekends
