Opportunity Details:
• Join a collaborative group of 4 pediatric pulmonologists within an integrated children's hospital system
• ~70% outpatient clinical mix
• Service line expansion driven by rapid population growth
• Predominantly asthma-focused patient population
• Opportunity to incorporate sleep medicine
• New medical office building adjacent to the children's hospital
• Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits
• First-year compensation guarantee ≥ $250,000 + productivity incentives
• Higher base available for sleep medicine training
• 6 weeks PTO
• $4,500 CME stipend
