Job description
Title: Pediatric Pulmonologist
Location: Long Beach, CA
Shifts: Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical care to pediatric patients with a focus on respiratory conditions, including but not limited to Cystic Fibrosis, Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia, asthma, and bronchopulmonary dysplasia
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient setting presenting with respiratory problems
- Contribute to academic pursuits by publishing research findings, presenting at conferences, and mentoring mid-level providers and fellows
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from accredited medical school
- Completion of residency training in Pediatrics
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric Pulmonology
- State Medical License or eligibility for medical licensure in California
- DEA registration
