Eastern Maine Medical Center seeks a board-certified/board-eligible pediatric orthopedic surgeon to join our multispecialty, hospital-employed pediatric orthopedic practice. Our Pediatric Orthopedic Center is the only practice north of Boston dedicating its entire practice specializing in the diagnosis, non-surgical, and surgical treatment of all types of bone, joint, and muscle disorders in children and adolescents.

About Eastern Maine Medical Center
Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 411-bed Level II trauma and regional tertiary care center serving a patient population of 500,000 living in the northern two-thirds of Maine. Our hospital has invested in a new $300 million tower which opened in 2016 and included new lobby and dining facilities and state-of-the-art NICU. In 2017, our modernization project concluded with consolidated cardiac services, new surgical suites and post-anesthesia recovery unit, and renovated labor and delivery unit.

EMMC serves as the Regional Pediatric Specialty Center. Pediatric sub-specialty support includes surgery, gastroenterology, neurology, cardiology, infectious disease, endocrinology, genetics, urology, ophthalmology and developmental/behavioral pediatrics. The program is supported by highly respected pediatric hospitalist and intensivist services available 24/7.
