- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and PEDs level 1 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 25 patients per shift and 4 beds in the department. This is a full-time locum opportunity with a varied weekly schedule that includes clinic coverage three days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with a 30–45 minute unpaid lunch. One day per week is dedicated to rounding in the NICU with flexible hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., along with Wednesday on-call responsibilities and sign-off on orthoptics charts. One day per week is scheduled for operating room coverage on Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Candidates must be able to perform strabismus procedures, as this is a required skill, and providers must obtain prior approval before working any overtime.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform rounding in the NICU and manage on-call responsibilities as assigned
* Complete surgical cases in the operating room as scheduled
* Perform and manage strabismus procedures
* Review and sign off on orthoptics charts
* Communicate with leadership and obtain approval prior to working any overtime
Qualifications
* Ability to perform strabismus procedures (required)
* Experience in clinic, NICU rounding, and surgical settings
* Active and unrestricted medical license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours
* Rounding: One day per week in the NICU, flexible hours from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
* On-call: Wednesday
* Operating Room: Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
