Are you looking to make a change? We are hiring a pediatric ophthalmologist for an established practice in southern Nevada!
- Ownership: Private Equity–backed, multi-specialty ophthalmology group
- EMR: ModMed
- ASC Onsite: Yes (high-volume, cataract-focused surgery center)
- Support Staff: Dedicated scribes and technicians (scales with volume)
- Current Staff: 16 MDs and ODs across subspecialties
- Practice Volume: Highest cataract surgical volume in the state of Nevada
- Dedicated Pediatric Facilities: Built-in pediatric wings and child-friendly waiting areas
Job Responsibilities
• Immediate ramp-up potential with built-in referrals from within the group and surrounding practices
• Turnkey practice with strong regional reputation
• Highly collaborative team of specialists with onsite same-day consult access
• Preferred payer contracts and dominant market share (70%+ in Las Vegas)
• State-of-the-art equipment and multi-site locations across the Las Vegas metro
• Collegial work environment with long-tenured staff (10–30+ years common)
Qualifications
• Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship training required
• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology
• Passion for pediatric eye care and commitment to patient-centered service
