Are you looking to make a change? We are hiring a pediatric ophthalmologist for an established practice in southern Nevada!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Compensation: Starting base salary of $300,000 plus productivity-based bonus

  • Bonus Structure: Productivity and/or collections-based incentives

  • Employment Type: W-2 or 1099 options available

Practice Setting:

  • Ownership: Private Equity–backed, multi-specialty ophthalmology group

  • EMR: ModMed

  • ASC Onsite: Yes (high-volume, cataract-focused surgery center)

  • Support Staff: Dedicated scribes and technicians (scales with volume)

  • Current Staff: 16 MDs and ODs across subspecialties

  • Practice Volume: Highest cataract surgical volume in the state of Nevada

  • Dedicated Pediatric Facilities: Built-in pediatric wings and child-friendly waiting areas

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency

  • Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship training required

  • Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology

  • Passion for pediatric eye care and commitment to patient-centered service
