- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. The provider will manage and treat conditions including Bartter's Syndrome, Fabry Disease, Fanconi Syndrome, Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome, Hepatorenal Syndrome, and renal transplant patients, and is required to perform EEG reads. Procedures include hemodialysis (required), with percutaneous renal biopsy, peritoneal dialysis (acute/chronic), and needle biopsy of the kidney preferred. Providers must commit to a minimum of one week, ideally two weeks, of availability per month and be available for calls during evenings and weekends, beginning Monday at 7:00 AM and concluding the following Monday at the same time. During the on-call week, the provider will see a minimum of five outpatients per day in the clinic, which operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and provide inpatient rounds and consults. Typically, the provider covers approximately 70% inpatients and 30% outpatients, though this may vary.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform EEG reads as required.
* Conduct procedures including hemodialysis (required), percutaneous renal biopsy, peritoneal dialysis (acute/chronic), and needle biopsy of the kidney (preferred).
* Provide inpatient rounds and consults.
* See a minimum of five outpatients per day during clinic hours.
* Respond to calls during evenings and weekends as scheduled.
Qualifications
* Experience managing complex renal and metabolic disorders.
* Proficiency in performing hemodialysis and preferred renal procedures.
* Ability to read EEGs accurately.

* Coverage includes approximately 70% inpatients and 30% outpatients, with flexibility as needed.
