- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Resident teaching & supervision will be required
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 3 MA, 1 PA/NP, 1 office staff

- Requirements: PA license or IMLC, BC/BE, PALS
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
