Job Description
Make a real difference in the lives of children facing kidney diseases. Our nationally recognized hospitals offer a chance to join a supportive team utilizing advanced technology and providing both inpatient and outpatient care.
Schedule:
- Start Date: June 2024, ongoing
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm (outpatient clinic) with on-call responsibilities
Cases & Procedures:
- Manage and treat a variety of pediatric kidney diseases, including preference for the following cases:
- Bartter's Syndrome
- Fabry Disease
- Fanconi Syndrome
- Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome
- Hepatorenal Syndrome
- Renal Transplant
- Perform procedures including:
- Hemodialysis (required)
- Peritoneal Dialysis
- Needle biopsy of the kidney
Practice Setting:
- Participate in inpatient rounds and consultations (typically 70% inpatient, 30% outpatient)
- Collaborate with a support staff of nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, and office staff
- EPIC is used for charting

- The city is known as the "Birthplace of America", with lots of history, including iconic landmarks like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell
