Tenet Healthcare is actively seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join an established private group in Harlingen, TX (Rio Grande Valley). The group provides services at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, home to a 24-bed pediatric floor and a 14-bed PICU.

• Private practice opportunity – Available Immediately!
• Block scheduling of 5-7 days; approximately 14 shifts per month for the pediatric floor
• In-house from 8:00AM-5:00PM and then on-call from 5:00PM-8:00AM
• Approximately 14 days of call per month for the pediatric floor
• Hospital has all private rooms and the ability to transfer patients with higher acuity to the PICU

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO
• BE/BC with the American Board of Pediatrics
• Texas licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the State of Texas
