Job description
We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for a locum tenens position in Bellingham, Washington. This is an inpatient hospitalist assignment at an acute care facility. Please see below for more information.
- Inpatient setting: 6-bed pediatric unit, 10-bed level II special care nursery, and newborn nursery
- Hospital privileges
- EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Perform rounding and admissions
Perform newborn resuscitation
Care for pediatric patients ages 18 and younger
Cover the pediatric unit, level II special care nursery, and newborn nursery
Manage an average daily volume of 12-18 patients
Qualifications
Washington state license
PALS required
NRP required
Epic charting experience required
Working Hours
Day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Rotating day and/or night shifts
Solo pediatric coverage on night shifts
No call required
