Hospital-employed Pediatric Hospitalist role in a 350-bed, full-service medical center. Manage inpatient pediatrics + stabilize neonates requiring NICU-level care prior to transfer. Broad clinical scope: exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, and care coordination. Supportive, team-oriented environment with strong specialty backup.
