Job Responsibilities
👶 Provide inpatient medical care for pediatric patients
🩺 Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
📋 Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
🤝 Collaborate with pediatric specialists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
📊 Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
📝 Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in EMR systems
Qualifications
✔ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
✔ Active or eligible Ohio Medical License
✔ Experience in hospital-based pediatric care preferred
✔ Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
Working Hours
🕒 Full-time hospitalist schedule
📅 Rotational shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
