This request is designed to cover for our local Peds practice. The coverage is for births only. No ER, no OR call back required. Admissions are required but those occur very infrequently. The shift is typically one weekend per month and some holidays.

• EMR: Medhost
• Hospital bed size: 6
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Eligible or Certified
• License required: AL or IMLC
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
