Locums – Pediatric Hospitalist
Location: Enterprise, Alabama
IMLC Accepted
Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ongoing coverage needed
- Coverage Type: Call only
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:1
- Schedule: Typically one weekend per month + some holidays
- Coverage for births only
- No ER coverage
- No OR callback required
- Admissions required (infrequent)
- Rounding on assigned patients
- Patients per shift: 0–5
- 6-bed facility
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Medhost
- Active Alabama license or IMLC
- ACLS – Required
- BLS – Required
- PALS – Required
- Comfortable with low-volume newborn coverage
- Available for weekend + holiday call
- Able to meet 30-minute response time
- A+ rated malpractice
