Permanent Physician – Pediatric Hospitalist
Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician – Hospitalist – Pediatric
Location: Nevada
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Varied shifts – combination of in-house and call from home
- Patient Population: Pediatric
- Setting: Hospital-based Pediatric Floor
- Responsibilities: Provide inpatient pediatric hospitalist coverage; manage daily census; collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and specialty teams; participate in in-house shifts and home call
- Required Procedures: Pediatric inpatient care and hospital-based management
- EMR System: –
- Support Staff: Team of 8 Pediatric Hospitalists; affiliated intensivists, NICU team, pediatric emergency physicians
- Days Per Month: Full-time schedule (2016 hours annually)
- On-Call/Weekends: Varied shifts including weekends; combination of in-house coverage and home call
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Nevada license (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year current inpatient Hospitalist experience
- NPDB Self Query within 30 days
