🏥 Position Highlights
- Full-time permanent role (approx. 2016 hours annually)
- Varied shifts: combination of in-house coverage and call from home
- Team-based model with 8 Pediatric Hospitalists
- 46-bed pediatric inpatient unit
- Average daily census: 25–30 patients
- Robust specialty support including PICU, NICU, CVICU, and Pediatric ER
- Teaching opportunities with pediatric and family medicine residents
✅ Candidate Requirements
- BC/BE in Pediatrics (within 5 years of eligibility if BE)
- Minimum 1 year of current inpatient Pediatric Hospitalist experience
- Ability to provide last 12 months of inpatient case logs
- Nevada license (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean malpractice and license history
