This assignment is focused on delivering exceptional care to pediatric patients aged 0-21, with robust sub-specialty support available for comprehensive consult services. The ideal candidate will have an active WA license and the ability to commence as soon as possible, committing to a minimum of 7 shifts per month, including night shifts.

- Patient Population: Pediatric (ages 0-21)
- Location: Tacoma, WA

Job Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care to pediatric patients
- Engage in required procedures, including non-invasive ventilation management, conscious and deep sedation, intubation, and central line placement
- Collaborate with a comprehensive team of sub-specialties for consultative support
Qualifications
- Must be Pediatric Board Certified; Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred
- Active WA license preferred
- Clean history required for expedited credentials
- BLS certification required
Working Hours
- Commitment to a minimum of 7 shifts per month, with at least two night shifts
- AM shifts: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- PM shifts: 5:00 PM – 10:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM
Skills
- Proficient in pediatric procedures, including but not limited to non-invasive ventilation management, ventilation management (acute and chronic), and intubation for pediatrics
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting
