This role provides an excellent balance of flexible scheduling, low patient volume, and meaningful neonatal coverage in a community setting.

Florence, Oregon
💰 Compensation:

Gratis: 3 hours included per shift

Pay Range: $1,850–$2,050/day Call Back $300-325/hr
🕒 Schedule:

Coverage: 24-hour unrestricted call (7a–7a)

Frequency: 14–21 days per month

Focus: Deliveries & newborn admissions only

Setting: Inpatient, Critical Access Hospital
🩺 Clinical Details:

Patients: Neonatal & pediatric

Avg. Volume: ~1 patient/day

Procedures: Neonatal resuscitation required

Model: Solo provider with tele-neonatology support

Beds: 21-bed hospital
-
EMR: EPIC (proficiency required)
✅ Requirements:

Board Certified Pediatrician

Active Oregon License (required at submission)

NRP Certification Required

Experience: Pediatric & neonatal experience
Credentialing: Expedited (~30 days)
