We are actively seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for 24-hour call coverage in October 2025 and ongoing. This is an excellent locum opportunity for physicians looking for a low-volume call experience focused primarily on newborn care.
Position Overview:
Setting: Inpatient, 24-hour call coverage
Caseload:
90% Newborn
5% Pediatrics
5% Adolescents
Average Daily Census:
Newborns: 3–4
Peds: 0–1 every 2 months
Medical students may observe newborn rounds.
Provider must live or stay within 30 minutes of the hospital
Requirements:
Ohio Medical License
Ohio DEA
BLS Certification
NRP Certification
Newborn Experience
X-ray Interpretation
Circumcision Proficiency
UVC/UAC Placement
Board Certification – Preferred (will consider Board Eligible within 5 years of residency)
