Seeking a full-time Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist to serve as Medical Director for the hospitalist practice at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital in Hollister, California. Job Responsibilities
Serve as Medical Director for the pediatric hospitalist practice.
Provide coverage for high-risk deliveries.
Conduct emergency room consults involving pediatric patients.
Manage pediatric admissions of low acuity cases.
Provide well newborn care at the hospital.
Collaborate with an affiliated Level-III NICU for newborns requiring intensive NICU care, including transport coordination.
Work a full-time schedule consisting of twelve 24-hour shifts per month with on-call responsibilities from home.
Support a hospital with approximately 500 deliveries annually.

Qualifications
Medical license for CA or willingness to obtain
Current Inpatient Hospital Experience
