Job Description:
- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed pediatric ER with volumes approaching 55,000 patients annually
- Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
- Participate in a supportive environment with child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care
- Contribute to teaching and mentorship of pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents, as well as Pediatric ER fellows
- Work full-time, covering twelve 12-hour shifts per month
- Utilize full scribe coverage to enhance efficiency and patient care quality
- Engage with affiliated Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions

Submission Requirement:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatrics - REQUIRED
- Valid Nevada Medical License or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice and license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Current or recent inpatient hospital experience - REQUIRED
