Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Specialty: Hospitalist - Pediatrics

- Coverage Required: ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: On-site clinical hours only
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges
- License: An active Washington state license is required
- EMR: Epic
- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: The facility which is trauma level 2 and PEDs level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 15-18 patients per shift. The provider will see patients ages 0–21, supported by a robust network of over 30 wrap-around specialties. The facility is looking to award four full-time equivalent (FTE) positions, with the potential to add more providers to a coverage pool.

Job Responsibilities
* Collaborate with over 30 supporting specialties to deliver comprehensive care
* Participate in a provider pool as needed for additional coverage
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
Qualifications
* Clean professional and malpractice history
* Board certified or board eligible in appropriate pediatric or adolescent specialty
* Willingness to join a multi-provider team in a pediatric-focused environment
Working Hours
* Additional scheduling opportunities for provider pool participants
* Start dates prioritized for providers with WA licenses
Skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
