Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM/PED physician with recent inpatient Pediatric and Newborn Hospitalist experience. This role requires a physician comfortable managing adult, pediatric, and newborn populations in an inpatient setting.

Inpatient rounding on 6–12 patients per shift

Provide comprehensive care for adult, pediatric, and newborn patients

Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries

Provide night call coverage for peds

Utilize EMR (Epic) for documentation

Collaborate with RN and support staff

Respond to phone consults and admissions as needed

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (IM/PED)

Active certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be current)

Recent Pediatric and Newborn inpatient experience (within the last 3 years)

Comfortable with both adult and pediatric inpatient care

Must be eligible for temporary privileges (30–60 days credentialing)

12-hour day shifts for adults

Night call for Peds Hospitalist (newborn coverage)

Beeper call with 20-minute response time

Coverage required on national holidays as applicable

Ventilation management (pediatric and adult)
Attendance at deliveries & C-sections
Intubation and conscious sedation (preferred)
EKG interpretation and basic procedural comfort
