Start Date: 04/25/2024
Coverage Need/Schedule Details:
- Inpatient Coverage
- Dates Established for the following Months: April, July, August, December with more to come
- On-going Opportunity
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have active CA licensure
- Board Status: Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Required Certifications:BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Job/Practice Description:
- Average Callback Hours: Weekday 4.6, 4.4
- EMR: Cerner Care B
- Required Procedures: Pediatrics Resuscitation and Intubation, Lumbar Puncture
- Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Average Number of Admissions Per Day: 3-5 peds patients, 3-15 NICU
- NICU is covered neonatology
- Codes run by EM physicians
- Attending to newborns admitted to the well-baby nursery
Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $2000 (24/hr rate) + $175/hr (Callback) (4 hours gratis).
