The Opportunity:
• Work in a beautiful children's hospital in the heart of one of the fastest growing areas of the Dallas, Texas metroplex
• Join this collaborative and supportive team of 40 to care for medically complex patients
• Enjoy amazing subspecialty support, including pediatric intensivist covering the PICU
• Average Daily Census is capped at 12 patients per day per hospitalist.
• Full-time is 14 shifts a month
• Epic EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
• This salaried position is tiered based on experience and offers the option to pickup extra shifts, if desired
• Quality Bonus up to $10,000 annually
• Relocation assistance
• CME $4,500 stipend
• Full suite of benefits including medical, dental and vision, employee savings plans, long-term and short-term disability and more!
• Paid medical malpractice
