- Coverage Needed:
- December 2021 - August 2022 for 4-5 day stretches at once every 4-6 weeks
- Morning are typically infusion patients and afternoon or consults and follow-ups
- 8am-5pm, plus time to complete notes
- No Call
- Clinical:
- Volume: 10-12 patients a day
- Support Staff: There will be at least one physician on site caring for inpatients and there will be an APC available for part of the day most days. There are 5 nurses in the clinic
- Procedures required: Not expected to need to do any procedures, but may be asked to do LP with IT chemo
- Required:
- Board Certified
- Current/Active PA License
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.? Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
