Children’s Hospital of Michigan is actively seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our rapidly expanding program in Detroit, MI. The gastroenterology program at Children’s Hospital of Michigan is ranked among America’s best in the U.S. News & World Report’s 2017-2018 Best Children’s Hospital rankings.

Education and teaching of pediatric residents, pediatric gastroenterology fellows, and medical students as well as participation in clinical research projects and quality initiatives will be important responsibilities.

The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology offers comprehensive medical care and investigative services to infants, children, and adolescents with gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders. The group is comprised of six board-certified pediatric gastroenterologists, two fellows, two nurse practitioners, four RNs, two full-time dietitians, and two liver transplant coordinators.

The successful candidate will participate in a broad range of pediatric gastroenterology activities. Candidates with an interest in IBD, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, motility disorders, and pancreatic disease are especially encouraged to apply.
