- Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:30am to 5pm)
- Regularly Scheduled Shifts (No Call)
Candidate Requirements:
- Active WA license required
- Minimum Board Status: Board Certified
- No Procedures Required
- Not required to supervise APP
Job/Practice Description:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:30am to 5pm)
- Patients per shift: 13
- EMR: Epic
- Est Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA’s
