## Pediatric Endocrinologist Opening | Duluth, MN Located in Duluth, Minnesota Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time Pediatric Endocrinology opportunity in Duluth, Minnesota * Primarily outpatient practice with an excellent work-life balance * Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM * Opportunity for outreach clinics, including telehealth outreach * Join a collaborative Endocrinology team consisting of: * 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist * 3 Adult Endocrinologists * 9 Advanced Practice Clinicians * Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians * Average patient volume of 12–14 patients per day * Admit patients to: * 344-bed tertiary care hospital with a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center * 165-bed acute care hospital * Both hospitals are located on the same connected campus * Shared call with Pediatric Endocrinology partner * Inpatient diabetes management supported by Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants * Strong collaboration with Pediatrics and Adult Endocrinology teams ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Base salary: $256,000 * Additional earning potential through: * Performance bonuses * Quality incentives * Production-based compensation ## Job Qualifications * MD or DO * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology * Minnesota medical license or eligibility ## Benefits * Comprehensive employed physician benefits package * Competitive compensation * Performance and quality incentive opportunities * Shared call schedule * Multidisciplinary support team, including diabetes educators and dietitians * Telehealth outreach opportunities * Excellent work-life balance ## Community Details Duluth is a vibrant city on the shores of Lake Superior, renowned for its natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and exceptional quality of life.
