Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Looking for full time coverage, split between two weeks per month in clinic and 2 weeks per month of virtual hospital call coverage. In person clinic (8a-5p) + night call during the week and 24 hour weekend call coverage. The other two weeks would be virtual call coverage (not onsite) would be 24 hours a day call. We are looking for candidates who can do long term, ongoing in person work AND virtual call coverage for continuity of care

· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient/Tele
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: We can look at providers who can obtain the temporary AK state license while full licensure is in process
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
