  • Other details: The facility which stroke-certified, trauma level 2, and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 15 patients per shift. We are seeking a full-time provider to provide coverage split between two weeks per month in the clinic and two weeks per month of virtual hospital call coverage. Clinic weeks involve in-person hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with night call during the week and 24-hour weekend call coverage. The virtual call weeks require 24-hour availability without being onsite. Candidates should be able to commit to long-term, ongoing in-person work as well as virtual call coverage to ensure continuity of care. Providers who can obtain a temporary state license while full licensure is in process are eligible. Overtime applies after 40 clinical hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide in-person clinic care two weeks per month
* Manage night call during the week and 24-hour weekend call coverage during clinic weeks
* Provide virtual hospital call coverage two weeks per month, 24 hours a day
* Ensure continuity of care through consistent long-term engagement

Qualifications

* Physician (MD or DO) eligible for temporary state license while full licensure is in process
* Ability to commit to ongoing, long-term in-person and virtual call coverage
* Experience in clinical care and hospital call management

Working Hours

* Two weeks per month: in-person clinic coverage, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus night and weekend call
* Two weeks per month: virtual call coverage, 24 hours a day
