Clinical Role:

- ASAP – Ongoing
- Clinic: Mon – Fri 8a-4:30p
- Call Schedule: 10 days of mandatory 24-hour call is required for each full-time provider
- Call-back%: Weekday 10, Weekend 10, ER 10, ICU 10
- 100% Pediatrics
- Avg.# of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day: 8-10
- Schedule: 9
- Add-ons: 1
- Avg.# of Hospital Patients Per Day: 0-4
- ICU: 0-4
- Consults: 0-4
- Lab onsite
- Xray onsite
- 5 Exam Rooms
- Ancillary Staff: 1 RN Case Manager, 1 RN Diabetes Educator, 1-2 MAs, Dietician
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certified Required
- Fellowship Preferred
- BLS, PALS Required
- Trauma Level II
- Benefit and Compensation details:
- Base Compensation: $256,000
- Earning potential: $25,000 Quality incentive for a total comp of $290,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 for relocation support
- Bonus & Incentives: $25,000 Quality Incentive
- Updating placement fee to $40k
