Position Overview
Alina Telehealth is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to provide flexible, low-volume telehealth consultations from anywhere in the U.S.
This position offers a balanced schedule, minimal call load, and full malpractice coverage — ideal for physicians seeking flexibility without sacrificing impact or professional engagement.
Schedule

Flexible daytime consult coverage between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PT)

Rotating weekly schedule (typically one week of coverage at a time)

No overnight calls or hospital rounds
Responsibilities

Provide tele-consultations for pediatric endocrinology patients via secure telehealth platforms

Manage both scheduled and curbside consults with light call volume

Review patient cases, offer clinical recommendations, and coordinate follow-up care

Document consultations and recommendations using Epic EMR
Typical Volume

Curbside consults: 3 – 5 per week

Regular consults: 2 – 3 per week
Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology

Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license

Comfortable providing telehealth consultations and documenting in Epic EMR
