The Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine is seeking a board-certified/eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our faculty at the Assistant Professor level. This position is based at USF Health and affiliated hospitals, including Tampa General Hospital, and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing academic division committed to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient pediatric endocrinology services, including consultations and follow-ups.
• Supervise and teach medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical and academic settings.
• Participate in academic scholarship, including research, publications, and conference presentations.
• Engage in service activities for the department, college, and university.
• Contribute to quality improvement and community outreach initiatives within the pediatric endocrinology service.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• MD or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Board eligible or certified in Pediatric Endocrinology.
• Must be eligible for a medical license in the state of Florida.
• Completion of a U.S.-based Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Academic experience in an ACGME-accredited training program.
• Demonstrated interest in scholarly activity or clinical research.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
