- Coverage needed is 2 weeks per month, preferably consecutive weeks.

- Pay Rate: $225/hr
- Overtime/Callback/Holiday Pay Rate: $337.50/hr
- Pager Pay Rate: $225
- 24-hour: $1800/day weekend call - 2 hours gratis required on 24hour call only
- Orientation: $200/hr for 8 hours
