- May 5 - Day Only
- May 12- Night Only
- May 13-19
- May 29-Jun 11
1 week per month Monday - Friday 8A - 4:30 p.m. Clinic coverage and hospital consults plus 24/7 call coverage
AND
2 weekends per month for 24/7 on call coverage
Call coverage consists of consults coming from ED, hospital providers and switchboard operators.
DEA & BNDD required.
