Excited to invite a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship-trained physician to join a dynamic and supportive team at a Hospital in Las Vegas, NV — a bustling pediatric emergency department with a wide variety of patient acuity, robust subspecialty support, excellent teaching opportunities, and an unbeatable quality of life in a vibrant city with endless outdoor activities.

Job Description:
  • Provide high-quality emergency care to pediatric patients in a high-volume setting
  • Collaborate closely with subspecialty teams including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and hospitalists to manage complex cases
  • Work alongside a strong support team including child life specialists and pediatric social workers dedicated to ER presence
  • Engage in bedside teaching and supervision of Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents from six programs
  • Participate in training and didactic sessions for Pediatric ER fellows if desired
  • Benefit from full scribe coverage to optimize patient care and documentation
  • Work fair, balanced shifts with the potential for overtime if desired

  • Experience a rich mix of pathology and patient acuity in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience level: Accepting fellowship-trained PEM physicians (fresh graduates and experienced candidates likely welcome)
  • This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.

Submission Requirements
  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine – [REQUIRED]
  • Fellowship trained in Pediatric Emergency Medicine - – [REQUIRED]
  • Nevada Medical License or eligibility to obtain – [REQUIRED]
  • Clean malpractice and medical license history – [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
