Pediatric Emergency Medicine – Medical Director - El Paso, TX
Position Details:
- Full-time leadership role overseeing clinical performance and emergency department staffing.
- Minimum one year of leadership experience required.
- 25,000 annual visits with physicians averaging 1.8 patients per hour.
- 12-hour shifts with an average of 80 clinical hours and 40 administrative hours per month.
- Facility includes 122 hospital beds, 13 ED beds, 24 PICU beds, and a 3-bed fast track.
- EM residents rotate through the ED.
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine or Pediatrics (ABEM/AOBEM/ABP) & Pediatric Emergency Fellowship Certified/Eligible.
